Working together
Volunteering with the North East Community Forest is a rewarding way to meet new people, learn new skills and help create greener places that will benefit communities and wildlife for generations to come.
Every year, volunteers play a vital role in planting trees and caring for green spaces across the North East — and you can be part of it.
Creating lasting change takes collaboration. We work closely with:
- Local authorities and trusted contractors across the region
- Charities such as Living Woods and Northumberland & Durham Wildlife Trusts, who help deliver inspiring community tree planting events
